Approach
I was brought onto this project partway to support a new hire, to rescope and design the remaining half of the game (one half had been developed), and for my French language skills. I worked to create content with limited hours, create a unified product, and to turn the customer relationship around

Figma, Pixlr, Attensi Creator (proprietary scripting engine based on Unity), Jira, Agile, Slack, Teams, Confluence, Miro, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, French language
Sample of work
This content is under NDA.
Team collaboration
Internal
Simulation Director provided high level feedback, Project Manager kept project running to time and budget, I trained a Junior Designer
Client-side
Subject Matter Experts guided us to ascertain what the best practises were for their training
Result and impact
Client was happy with the solution, self-reported confidence and competence across learning goals for target group
Reflection and improvement
I enjoyed training people new to both game writing and game design best principles - articulating how best to create branch-and-bottleneck plots to make dialogue feel responsive was really fun! Next time, I would like to have more formal time dedicated to training up people completely new to the job, instead of while on the usual deadline.
