Attensi gamified training solution, developed for WebGL/desktop, 1h15 mins to train consultants in how to be effective managers to their reportees

Roles and responsibilities

Design

nonlinear & linear narrative design, visual scripting in proprietary language and tools, tool development, design documentation, internal development initiatives, bug fixing, analysing playtest data and feedback, gameplay scripting, quest design

Writing

writing scripts & all supporting material, stakeholder management, topic research, pitching, image editing, iterating in collaboration with multiple departments, deck creation

Process and approach

Process

Scoping conversation with client, High Level Design deck creation for 3 desktop games, iteration, and sign-off. Wrote each game, then had a stakeholder meeting to gather feedback, feedback implementation and new content development, image creation, bug fixing, map design, focus test, internal sign-off, client sign-off

Approach

I worked with a large group of stakeholders at BearingPoint to scope which skills their managers struggled with when conducting difficult conversations. Then I created 3 realistic workplace scenarios for players to put those skills into practice.
